Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 1 Week 6 quests have arrived, bringing another set of challenges worth 25,000 XP each. Don’t worry if you haven’t finished week 5 quests – you have until the end of the season to complete them.
This week’s challenges are straightforward and can be completed naturally through regular gameplay. Let’s break down exactly how to complete every Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 1 Week 6 Quest.
This week focuses on various gameplay elements including sprite collection, combat, and exploration. Here are all the Week 6 quests and their XP rewards:
Sprites can be found around the map and are fairly easy to spot thanks to their glowing appearance. For this challenge, look for the tall white beams of light marking Sprite Shrines – these are scattered across the map but are most concentrated in the central and eastern regions.
Interacting with a shrine reveals nearby sprites on your screen: blue icons for Water Sprites and yellow for Air Sprites. Simply walk up to them and press the interaction button to catch them. You’ll need to catch both types in the same match to complete this quest.
There are several reliable ways to get your hands on Epic (purple) or better assault rifles in Fortnite:
Once you have an Epic+ assault rifle, focus on eliminating players. You need 5 eliminations total, but they don’t have to be in the same match.
This is one of the simpler challenges – just land at three different named locations across separate matches. Some popular spots include:
Make sure to actually land at these locations rather than just visiting them mid-game for the quest to count.
You’ll find vending machines at most named locations, and various NPCs are scattered across the map. Each purchase counts toward a total of three, regardless of what you buy. I have attached a map of every NPC in Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 1 for your ease:
Save up some gold bars and make three purchases – items like shields, weapons, or healing items all count toward completion.
You need to deal 100 damage to opponents while riding in any vehicle. The easiest approach is to find a vehicle with a mounted weapon, but you can also use regular weapons while riding as a passenger.
With these quests running until the end of the season, you have plenty of time to complete them at your own pace. Each quest rewards you with 25,000 XP, making them worthwhile for battle pass progression. Remember that Week 7 quests will arrive on January 21, so you might want to wrap these up before tackling the new challenges.
