Week 4 of Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 1 has brought a new set of quests for you to complete. This time, you’ll be dealing with motorcycle combat, aerial vehicle challenges, and combat-focused tasks that you can tackle at your own pace.
You’ll get to explore different areas of the map while working on these quests, and most of them can be completed naturally during your regular matches. Let me walk you through each quest and share some straightforward ways to complete them.
After trying these out myself, I can tell you that while some might take a few attempts, none of them are particularly difficult once you know what to do.
The latest set of weekly quests focuses on vehicle mechanics and combat scenarios. Here are all the challenges you need to complete:
The Typhoon Blade motorcycle challenge might seem tricky at first, but it’s actually quite straightforward. Find a bike at any of the major POIs or roads across the map. The best way to do it is to go to the fuel stations as they usually have a bike.
You can find Typhoon Blade in two main ways:
We have attached a map of Typhoon Blade stands location above. You can either go to one of them or maybe you can try your luck in the Mythic Vault in Nightshift Forest or go to the hidden cave in Magic Mosses.
The key is to find populated areas where players are likely to be on foot. Once you spot an opponent, drive towards them and activate the blade when you’re close enough to make contact.
To complete the aerial vehicle distance challenge, you’ll want to focus on using the natural terrain to your advantage. The easiest method is to find a car and head to the hilly areas around Brutal Boxcars, Burd, or Warrior’s. Build or find natural ramps and launch your vehicle into the air.
Remember that the distance counts cumulatively, so you don’t need to do it all in one jump. Multiple smaller jumps will add up to help you reach the 500-unit goal.
The most effective strategy is to land at hot-drop locations where you know other players will be present. As soon as you start gliding towards your landing spot, scan the area for opponents. Land near a weapon spawn, grab it quickly, and engage nearby players.
You have a 30-second window after gliding to deal 250 damage, so prioritize finding a weapon with good damage output like shotguns or SMGs.
Finding Shogun’s Arena might seem tricky at first since it doesn’t appear right at the start of matches. The arena only spawns after the fourth circle closes, but locating it is actually pretty simple. Once you survive until that point in the match, open your map and look for floating islands marked in red-orange.
These markers clearly show you where the arena has spawned. Getting there is straightforward – just head to the location and use the Air Stream positioned beneath the arena to lift yourself up to the battle area.
Once you’re in the arena, focus on dealing 300 damage to opponents. The space usually has decent loot spawns, giving you good options for weapons. Do remember that this Arena is the home to Shogun X boss which is honestly the hardest boss to fight.
After dealing damage to an opponent, you have 30 seconds to reload your weapon. You need to do this five times, but they don’t have to be in the same match. Regular combat encounters will naturally provide opportunities to complete this challenge.
Getting through these Week 4 quests might take a few matches, but they’re all achievable with the right approach. Focus on one challenge at a time if you’re finding them difficult, and remember that some can be completed naturally through regular gameplay. Good luck out there on the island!
