If you’re working through the achievements on Hydra Chateris Base, here’s something that might be right up your alley. The Cut Off One Head achievement is pretty straightforward – you just need to win a round in the Frozen Airfield zone. Let’s go through exactly what you need to do to add these 5 achievement points to your collection.

Cut Off One Head is part of the achievement set you can get on Hydra Chateris Base. The game description tells you to “destroy the Hydra Chateris Base,” which sounds dramatic but really just means winning the round in the Frozen Airfield zone during a Domination match.

This is one of those achievements you’ll probably get just by playing the game normally. When you’re in a Domination match on Hydra Chateris Base and the Frozen Airfield zone comes up, all you need to do is win that round with your team. The game picks zones randomly each round, and you need to win 2 out of 3 rounds to win the match.

There’s no special trick or specific character you need to use – just play the objective, work with your team, and focus on controlling the point. Once your team wins the round in Frozen Airfield, the achievement will be completed.

Other Achievements on the Map

While you’re working on Cut Off One Head, you might want to keep an eye out for two other achievements on this map. There’s the Wide Open achievement, which you can get by breaking a specific marked barrier near the spawn point in the same Frozen Airfield zone.

Then there’s the Call of the Hive achievement in the Eldritch Monument zone. That one’s a bit more involved – you need to be on the team that first captures the control point to trigger a portal opening sequence.

These three achievements give you something to work on no matter which zone comes up in your match rotation. Since the zones are picked randomly each round, you can make progress on different achievements as you play.

Remember, Domination matches work on that best-of-three system, so you’ll get multiple chances at different zones.
