Where to Find the Godzilla Portal in Fortnite

The Godzilla portal will appear randomly during Battle Royale matches. There is no particular location where it will spawn, but I found my luck near the eastern coastline of Shattered Span, where massive Godzilla footprints were recently discovered.

When looking for the portal, keep an eye on the sky for any unusual activity. Remember, you’ll need to be quick since only the first player who reaches and jumps through the portal will transform into Godzilla. I suggest landing in high spots at the start of matches to scan the area better and quickly glide toward the portal when it appears.

How to Play as Godzilla in Fortnite

Transforming into Godzilla in Fortnite involves a few simple steps, but you’ll need to be quick about it:

When the match starts, try to land somewhere high to get a good view of the surrounding area. The portal spawns randomly during the match, so having a good vantage point is crucial. Once you spot the portal, which should be visible from a decent distance, make your way to it as quickly as possible.

Keep in mind that other players will be racing for the same goal. Using vehicles and items like Kinetic Blade or Typhoon Blade can give you a speed advantage. When you reach the portal, simply jump through it to transform. Remember, only the first player who enters the portal gets to become Godzilla, so timing and speed are everything.

A good strategy is to land near the recently discovered Godzilla footprints at the eastern coastline of Shattered Span. Since these footprints seem to be tied to Godzilla’s arrival, the portal might appear in this area more frequently. Plus, there are plenty of chests and a Jeep spawn near the footprints, giving you resources and mobility if you need to rush to a portal elsewhere on the map.

How Godzilla Works in Fortnite
