Palworld: How to Find and Defeat Silvegis? (Location and Stats)

Silvegis is one of the newest Dragon-type Pals added in Palworld’s Feybreak update. If you’re looking to add this shield-wielding dragon to your collection, here’s everything you need to know about finding and catching Silvegis in Palworld.

Silvegis comes with impressive base stats that make it a solid addition to your Pal collection. It’s not just about combat though – this Pal can help around your base too.

At level 60, Silvegis has 4,400 HP, 595 Attack, and 567 Defense without any IV bonuses. These numbers can go much higher with perfect IVs and the right passive abilities.

How to Find Silvegis in Palworld?

• Alpha Boss Location: You can find the Silvegis Alpha Boss at the Shield Dragon Tunnel in Feybreak Island. Head to coordinates (-972, 978) to find the tunnel entrance. Keep walking through the tunnel until you reach an open area – that’s where you’ll encounter this level 59 boss.
• Map Locations: Currently, the regular spawn locations for Silvegis in the open world are still being investigated. The most reliable way to find one is through the Alpha Boss fight or breeding.
• Huge Dragon Eggs: if you’re not up for the boss fight, you can try your luck with Huge Dragon Eggs. These eggs have a chance to hatch into Silvegis. You can find these eggs around Feybreak Island or get them through breeding other Pals. One confirmed breeding combination is Bellanoir (or Bellanoir Libero) with Mossanda.

How to Catch Silvegis in Palworld?

Unlike Starryon taking on Silvegis isn’t too complicated if you’re properly prepared. Since it’s a Dragon-type, bring your best Ice-type Pals along – Frostallion works great if you have one. Get a ranged weapon that can help you deal consistent damage, but watch out for Silvegis’s shield charge ability that blocks incoming attacks.

When you’re ready to catch it, aim for head shots with your Pal Spheres for critical catches. Stock up on high-quality Pal Spheres before attempting the capture. Be careful not to let your Ice-type Pals finish off Silvegis when its health is low, or you might lose your chance to catch it.

Sometimes multiple Silvegis might spawn in the boss area, so be ready to retreat if things get overwhelming.

Silvegis uses its Aegis Charge skill to both defend and attack. While this might sound intimidating, with decent level Ice-type Pals and proper preparation, you should be able to handle the fight. Just remember to bring enough healing items and keep an eye on your positioning during the shield charge attacks.

If you’re having trouble with the boss fight, you might want to try the breeding route instead. Getting a Huge Dragon Egg might take some time, but it’s a reliable alternative to facing the boss directly.
