Looking to complete the Spider Tracer mission in Marvel Rivals? You’re in the right place. The Midnight Features event needs you to trigger Spider-Man’s Spider Tracer 10 times, and while it might sound tricky at first, it’s actually pretty straightforward once you know what to do.
The Spider Tracer is one of Spider-Man’s signature abilities in Marvel Rivals. Getting those 10 triggers for the mission might seem like a lot, but with the right approach, you can knock this out in about 15 minutes.
Spider Tracer is a tracking mechanism that appears as an icon above enemy characters when activated. You can attach a Spider Tracer to enemy by using your Right Click Primary Fire – Cyber Web Cluster. You can track how many webs Spider-Man has available by looking at the five web indicators below your crosshair – these show your current web ammunition count.
To successfully trigger Spider Tracer, you’ll need to use specific moves in your arsenal. The three moves that can trigger Spider Tracer are the RB ability, the uppercut, and the basic punch combo. Each successful hit with any of these moves will count as one Spider Tracer trigger for your mission progress.

The quickest way to complete this mission is through Practice VS. AI mode. Start by entering Practice mode and selecting Spider-Man as your character. Make sure to set the AI difficulty to one star (the lowest setting). This setup ensures you have uncontested access to Spider-Man and easy targets to practice on.
Once you’re in the match, you can start executing your Spider Tracer moves with the right click of your mouse. Use any combination of the three moves mentioned above, and watch for the Spider Tracer icon appearing above your target.
Keep a mental count of how many successful triggers you’ve landed. After triggering Spider Tracer 10 times, simply complete the match, and the mission will automatically update with your progress.
Upon completing the Spider Tracer mission, you’ll receive the HERBIE Nation Spray as your reward. This mission is part of the “Spider-Man: Villain or Vampire?” investigation in the Midnight Features event.
Remember that you have until February 7, 2025, to complete this mission as part of the Midnight Features event. The practice mode setup allows you to complete it at your own pace without the pressure of competitive matches.
