What is Danqing in Marvel Rivals?
Danqing is a special magical dye/currency introduced in Marvel Rivals’ Fortune & Colors event running from January 23rd to February 14th, 2025. It’s not just any regular in-game currency – you’ll use it to fill in colors on a special illustration that eventually becomes a Gallery Card called “Of Festivals and Friends.”
How to Get Danqing in Marvel Rivals?
The Fortune & Colors event has just kicked off, and we already know some ways to earn Danqing. Starting January 23rd, players can earn Danqing through event missions in Marvel Rivals. Here are the confirmed ways to get Danqing on day one:
- Completing missions during the event:
- Complete 3 Clash of Dancing Lions matches – 100 Danqing
- Intercept the ball 3 times in a single Clash of Dancing Lions match – 40 Danqing
- Score 1 points in Clash of Dancing Lions mode – 40 Danqing
2. Units Exchange (Available from February 6th)
- Starting February 6th at 2:30 PM (UTC+05:30), you can exchange Units for Danqing
- This option is specifically designed to help players catch up if they’re falling behind

How to Use Danqing in Marvel Rivals?
Once you’ve earned Danqing, you can spend it to color portions of the special scroll. Each colored section brings you closer to completing the gallery card. The key is to:
- Complete daily missions as they unlock
- Work on event challenges simultaneously
- Save some Units for after February 6th in case you need to catch up
- Keep track of your progress toward 100% completion
Remember, your goal is to reach 100% progress and complete the framing to receive the “Of Festivals and Friends” gallery card. This card will be added to your Spring Festival Special collection as a permanent memento of the event.
