Looking to get the Meowmere sword in Palworld? It’s a crossover weapon from Terraria that shoots cat projectiles, making it pretty handy for keeping your distance from dangerous Pals. Here’s everything you need to know about getting and using this sword.
Before you start working toward getting the Meowmere, you should know what you’re getting. The sword is more than just a regular melee weapon – it’s actually pretty useful for both close combat and ranged attacks thanks to those cat projectiles it fires.

The cat projectiles are really the key feature here. You can hit enemies from far away, which is great when you’re dealing with those aggressive Pals that you’d rather not get too close to. The 200 base damage isn’t bad either – it’ll definitely get the job done whether you’re hunting wild Pals or defending your base.
Getting this sword takes a bit of work, but it’s pretty straightforward once you know what you need.
First things first – you’ll need to hit level 30. There’s no way around this requirement, so keep grinding if you’re not there yet. Once you reach level 30, you’ll need 2 Ancient Technology Points to unlock the sword. These points are harder to get than regular technology points, so make sure you don’t spend them on something else if you’re aiming for the Meowmere.
Here’s everything you’ll need to craft it:
The Ingots are pretty basic – just refine some Ore at your foundry. For Paldium Fragments, you can either mine them or make them at a Crusher.
Coal is a bit trickier since you’ll need to head to the northern part of the map to find good mining spots. If you’re far enough in the game, setting up a Coal Mine at your base makes this much easier.
The real challenge is getting those Predator Cores. They only drop from the new Predator Pals added in the Feybreak Update. These Pals are tough to beat, so bring your best equipment and maybe some backup when you go hunting them.
You can craft the Meowmere at any of these workbenches:
The Meowmere takes some work to get, but it’s worth considering if you want a weapon that can handle both close combat and ranged attacks. The cat projectiles might seem silly, but they’re actually pretty effective when you need to keep your distance from stronger Pals.
