The winter update introduces five specially designed skins, with one available for free and four as premium purchases. Here’s a quick overview:

Groot | 1600 Units | Dec 20, 2024
Venom | Premium (Units) | Dec 27, 2024

The fan-favorite shark gets an adorable winter makeover. Jeff sports a sleek black ski jacket, yellow scarf, purple ski goggles, and fluffy white earmuffs. The outfit is completed with cozy white boots, making this normally fearsome predator look surprisingly cuddly.
Groot transforms into a living Christmas tree with this creative skin. His body features Christmas lights that actually flash during matches, complete with ornaments, baubles, and a festive white beard. Look closely and you’ll spot candy canes, stockings, and even small Mantis and Rocket dolls attached to his hands.
Venom’s winter skin gives the symbiote an icy makeover. The design features sharp icicles replacing his usual tendrils and a color scheme mixing white, light blue, and darker blue tones. The spider emblem on his chest has been reimagined as an ice crystal, creating a striking frozen appearance.
Rocket embraces the holiday spirit with a Santa-inspired outfit. He wears a red and white winter coat with matching pants, topped with a classic Santa hat. His signature weapon also gets a festive red color scheme, and his fur features lighter shades on his face and tail.
Magik’s winter outfit takes a practical approach with ski-inspired gear. She wears blue ski pants, a white and orange ski jacket with a fuzzy hood, and black ski goggles. Her signature sword has been redesigned to resemble a pair of skis, while still maintaining her signature elements like the spiked shoulder pad and horned headpiece.
Getting your hands on these winter skins is pretty straightforward. You can grab Jeff’s Cuddly Fuzzlefin skin by completing event tasks, while the other four are available for purchase with Units in the store.
The skins will stick around through the Winter Celebration event, so you’ve got some time to decide which ones you want to add to your collection. Remember to check the in-game store when the event launches in your time zone to see the exact Unit costs for each premium skin.
