Death is everywhere in Arcane. From its very first episode to the shocking season 2 finale, the show isn’t afraid to kill off characters we love. Having watched both seasons multiple times to write this article, I’ll walk you through every single death that happens on screen and off.

Think of this as your go-to guide for keeping track of who died, how they died, and why it matters to the story. I’ve put everything in order by season and act, so it’s easy to follow along. Whether it’s a main character or someone in the background, if they died in Arcane, they’re on this list.

Looking back at all these deaths tells us a lot about Arcane’s story. Some deaths, like when Powder accidentally killed her friends, changed characters forever. Others, like when Jinx bombed the council, started wars. And some, like Jayce and Viktor’s sacrifice at the end, showed us how far characters would go to make things right.

A few deaths we’re still not totally sure about – like what really happened to Jinx in that final explosion. But this list sticks to what we know for sure from watching the show.

The numbers are pretty shocking when you add them up: Jinx caused the most deaths, followed by the fighting between Piltover and Zaun. Almost no major character made it to the end without blood on their hands.
